GLOW BY COLEY POLICIES

BEFORE BOOKING

Your credit card information is required in order to book an appointment with Glow by Coley. After booking, you will receive an email with details for your visit. If you have questions about your service or need to make any changes, please contact Nicole directly via phone call, text, or email.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Appointments must be rescheduled for an upcoming available date at least 24 hours in advance. If not, 25% of the cost of service will be applied to the client’s credit card on file. (If a client keeps their appointment on the same day, but changes the time, they will not be charged 25%. If they reschedule for a different day, they will be charged 25%).

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will result in 50% of the cost of service being applied to the client’s credit card on file.

Any appointment that is a no call, no show will result in 100% of the cost of service being applied to the client’s credit card on file.

If a customer arrives 15 minutes or more late to their scheduled appointment time with no prior notice, it will result in the appointment being cancelled.

Nicole is a VERY reasonable person and understands that life happens! She will review each situation based on her own discretion and use the best judgement possible. Please understand she’s a small business owner and is committed to giving you an amazing service during your scheduled time. So in return, please be committed to showing up for your appointment, and showing up on time. Nicole looks forward to making you glow!
